Job description
- Implement business plans according to assigned targets
- Exploit and search for individual/business customers who need to use express delivery services.
- Offer prices, maintain and develop new/old customer relationships.
- Manage customer information, monitor and collect debts and obligations to perform contracts between customers and the Company.
- Receive and answer customer questions and complaints related to the company's services, maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with customers.
